Live and Thrive Australia aims to dispatch order within 24 hours unless weekends/publick holidays or items on backorder. Delivery times vary depending on the third-party contractors carriers.

Yes, if you live in a Metropolitan area that is serviced by our couriers. We can deliver the next day using Express service in other areas. Please reach out to our Customer Service team by submitting an online form for an Express Delivery quotation.

No. You can order as you require. For NDIS orders, make sure the products your order meets NDIS's Reasonable and Necessary criteria.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

When an item is on Backorder status, it means it's currently out of stock.

NDIS participants who are Plan Managed, may use NDIS as a payment options, we will send the invoice to your Plan manager for payment.

For our business customers with an account, payment for goods is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

No, we do not accept cash on delivery, you are required to pay using prescribed methods on your invoice.
