Are you an NDIS participant?
Self-Managed
IIf your NDIS Plan is Self-managed or you have Consumables funding that is Self-managed, you can pay using with credit card or other payment method, and seek reimbursement from the NDIA with provided invoice.
Plan-Managed
If your Plan is Plan Managed and the Plan Manager is NDIS registered, setup an account by filling out NDIS Participant's and Plan Manager's details, select "NDIS Plan Managed" as Payment option during Checkout and Submit your Order.
Our Customer Service team will send the invoice to your Plan Manager for approval and payment.
NDIA Managed
If your Plan is NDIA or Agency Managed, we are currently unable to process your order, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
